The sheer Incompetency of the Viridian HOA group and some of their policies is a true testament of the TX education system. They allow vendors to park in front of your house and then have the audacity to send you violation letters for parking elsewhere. They are so inept in verifying anything you can get parking violation letters for other people's car's being parked around your house. You receive violation letters about your lawn but they allow the cable companies to leave lines in the middle of the sidewalk. Their maintenance crews blow trash from the street into your yard and then you get letters about said trash being in your yard.

They tout Viridian to be some sort of destination spot to live yet you literally live next to the Arlington dump and get the to experience the fantastic aroma's that come with living in such close proximity to such a high class establishment. God didn't put any points into intellect when creating some of these NPC's. We all can agree HOA people are clowns but the policy making and enforcement of this board takes the cake.

The 5 star reviews are friends and family of Viridian staff or people impressed by mediocrity. The bot giving such a vivid 5 star review is a real estate agent. Lived here for 3 years now and love it. Viridian is a real gem of city living and wildlife. We're very close to middle of the group of lakes, so we can use the trails and quickly choose different paths for a little variety. I've come to enjoy bird watching, and we get so many varieties over the season. I've come to love sailboat racing too with the local club in our community. My kids also love our neighborhood, so many HOA sponsored activities, there's always something to do.

Love it here but we have a a women on street who planted flowers all over her front lawn and it looks horrible. Called HOA several times and nothing gets done about her. So 3 stars for HOA letting alot of property's look bad.

Terrible management and an overbearing HOA that harasses homeowners with unjust fines. Their lack of communication and unreasonable demands make living here a nightmare. Avoid this place if you value your peace of mind.

HOA community standards coordinator is very rude & arrogant. He charges fine even if few grasses are seen on anybody's flower bed.
If homeowner tries to keep their point, Giovanny clearly says, 'I don't care, I will fine you more if you don't fix within 2 weeks. If you don't agree with my decision, you can leave this community. I am part of HOA board of directors, even if you reach others, they will ultimately come to me & my words are final'.
I heard same feedback from multiple neighbors/residents. Many of them are fined approx $100 without any major landscaping issues. They fear to complain to avoid future consequences as he openly claims other HOA board of directors don't interfere with him.
Wish this kind of harrasments are stopped.

I know some people complain about HOAs but I do appreciate Giovanni Torres and his enforcement of landscaping and home maintenance. It goes a long way to ensuring the community stays looking nice!
