I would like to say a big thank you to Nicola O'Neil!! I had a number of issues with my home, I felt that I was not receiving any response from any of the team, despite escalating to senior management. I had lost all hope to ever receiving a response let alone the repairs being completed.
Until Nicola took over and looked into my case. Honestly, she was amazing! Really helped me to resolve ALL the issues. Thank you Nicola, you truly are amazing at what you do. A real credit to your team and residents.

We had this amazing repair worker called David from D&G Services attend our property today.
Let’s just say he went above and beyond any of our expectations or hopes. Amazing customer service skills.
Repair work was done to an excellent standard in a time frame that I did not think would be met. Would highly recommend this respectful and professional gentleman and his company .

David came to remove the mold and damp from my bedrooms and he did an amazing job, I appreciate all the information and advice he gave me as he carried the job. All mold removed and he painted my walls too, all this was done before my kids returned from school☺️ Thank you so very much for your great service!!

This association has improved a lot in current years. Communication is much easier now than before. Repairs are taken seriously and quickly. My experience of retro fit in my flat this year is very positive. They are sourcing good, customer focused contractors. Looks like finally we are getting good value for our money and they are valuing their customers. My recent communication experience with Selina Hall for repair work to retrofit our home was smooth and excellent. Really appreciate her imput to keep good relationships with customers.
