Este lugar es una decepción te contentan el teléfono cuando quieren,luego te dan una cita y cuando llegas ahí te dicen que no es la hora que te dieron que es para mas tarde,deberian monitorial este lugar mucha injusticia tus propios paisanos te tratan como basura.que decepción de este lugar le hicieron una hoja de vida a mi esposo que nunca lo llamaron de un trabajo decidio pasar por la librería y la persona que lo atendió le dijo que eso estaba mal que si fue un enemigo que le hizo ese papel yo quisiera saber donde denunciar tantos abusos que se hacen en esa institución

I understand that they are nonprofit, but the staffs need to pay attention to what they represent. I’ve been there three times to pick up diapers for my baby. Every time they ask me why I was there for, in a rude way. “ Why are you here for?” Not sure if it’s because I’m Asian or I look younger or they think I can’t speak English or something. The way they talk to me is just off. Regardless of what their intention was, it felt awful to be talked down that way.
On top of that, I was there with my baby today to pick up diapers, the hour has changed without any notice on their website so I had to wait for an hour to get in. When I got in, I was asked to sign up on a piece of paper to get diapers. But for over 20 minutes, I wasn’t getting help. And there was no line of people waiting to be helped. I was there alone but I was being ignored.
I did end up getting diapers but she handed me a box of diapers while I was carrying my baby in a carseat. No help whatsoever. The workers are pretty mean and just awful in that front desk and have no empathy for people who they are supposedly “helping”. Maybe it’s because I don’t look like them.

I want to mention that I typically avoid leaving negative reviews on Google, but in this case, I felt it was important to take the time to express my concerns. It is my hope that by bringing attention to the negative behavior of the front receptionist, the management will take appropriate action to address this issue and ensure a more positive experience for visitors and staff in the future.

This is an amazing service. Many employees and almost all are multi-lungual: English/Spanish/Portuguese.

Although this office is totally lacking in ambiance and looks rather like the land that time forgot - don't snub your nose at it!

Everyone with whom I've dealt while there is super knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer to a question, they'll find it out for you.

I can’t even believe they have 4 stars!! The staff is RUDE, and so careless!!!!! They never return messages! They take forever to get things done! I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism even the manager never called me back. I am just so disgusted with them
