Club house has been closed for 6 months. They keep increasing the fees and waste our money on unneeded projects. HOA is clueless how to efficiently allocate our fees. Club house is always a dirty mess with a recent spore outbreak. Now for the second time the club house will be closed for three or more months due to "upgrades." Nothing is maintained efficiently or on a weekly basis. Community is putting up with vandalism from juvenile's not to mention feces in the pool. Do yourself a favor; spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Great place to live and have visitors. Currently surrounded by farms and orchards, it's a little hideaway in a up and coming area. Houses and neighborhood layout are far superior to other developments in the area where they put houses every which way they could to yp profits, but so here. People are friendly, and if your outgoing, you'll meet everyone quickly, if your not, you are still very much respected. This HOA, does not only care about the neighbors, but also the way the land around us is managed. They are not afraid to help you work with the county to ensure your children are safe to get to school, and that we as a community have a strong voice as how the land around us is used. It's a great place to live with a high school, elementary school, and charter school, all within walking distance, (no sidewalks yet) and a college coming soon. Worth a look if your going to buy or rent.

I am not a HOA board member. The current HOA board is doing a tremendous job straightening out the inherited status of the subdivision. The original company contracted to operate the subdivision has been replaced. The lawsuit previously discussed has been dropped. The fee increase discussed in another entry was raised to be consistent with single family residences since town homes use facilities equivalent to single family homes. The subdivision will soon be surrounded by new growth and educational facilities with brand new elementary, high school, and a community college extension situated near entrances to Copperstone.

Clubhouse and gym are nice. BBQ grill for use, picnic area, new playground, and a nice pool! Clubhouse is available for private functions.

I live here. Great place to live and move forward in life. I go to the gym and pool 4 times a week. Basketball court is great. And my daughter loves the playground!!!!!

The clubhouse and pool/area, surrounding amenities appeared well kept as well as the landscaping, common areas.The association director was very friendly and informative, a few residents passed through and seemed friendly!

Guauuuu hermosa y tranquila comunidad donde me deleito con sus atardeceres reflejados en los innumerables lagos que reflejan el sol y la sombra de las aves que sobrevuelan sus predios....En las.noches me hizo un cielo espectacular que nos baña con su hermosa luna y nos abraza con infinitas estrellas.
