I absolutely love this program & everything the team has done for me so far. The workers are so kind & uplifting it’s such a nice scene to be around, definitely makes me want to be more involved. I’m confused on all the negative reviews because I first hand have never had an issue but I also have never missed a single day. The women involved here go above and beyond for the ladies in this program & it doesn’t go unnoticed. This program has changed my life for the better in so many positive ways For myself and most importantly my children. I have created a special bond with my family that I never knew I had in me & I can truely say thank you from the bottom of my heart to salt & light!

A wonderful foundation that helps women selflessly. When the women have graduated you see a huge difference, They make a change and it ripples down to their families. It's a year long commitment, All the volunteers are cheering and want them to truly succeed.

Chicago is lucky to have such a foundation in their city. I hope they expand and change lots of victims lives even beyond Chicago.

This organization saved my life. They loved me until I learned how to love myself. While being in the program they did pay my stipend and provided transportation by supplying me a bus card. This was eliminating the barriers for me to return to my old lifestyle. I was able to reestablish my relationships with my family. My mother got her daughter back. I also received a part time job through one of the connections, and between the two incomes I was able to maintain. I received my yoga teacher training and got my certification. My mentor has been by my side since and has provided me advice and been my sounding board. Since Graduating I have stayed in touch volunteering because I felt so STRONGLY about how much they did for me. I then went to school for my CADC & Life coaching, which I used my education grant from salt and light coalition to pay for it. My favorite part of this organization is the community, having a family that's always there. I then was offered a job, I now join the salt and light coalition as the healing program coordinator getting to help other women like me to change their lives through the organization that save mine. Izabel has such a big heart, she has been their to support me every step of the way. She holds me accountable helps me grow and is always refreshing to know she and the team of women she has around her are truly just trying to help us all thrive in life. I have become a monther, and they help me to be the best momma I can be. I am forever grateful for this organization alll of the volunteers and people who donate or make it possible. I will always try to be connected to this organization and try to help others because I have NEVER FOUND ANOTHER ONE LIKE IT. And I don't believe I will. I love Salt and Light Coalition, the mission, the work, the people. And I mean that from the deepest depths of my being.

This program is a complete waste of time just a scam for the rich to get richer off the poor they claim to help with mental illnesses but they really don't.
