Online it say they close at 5:30pm, I arrived at 4:34pm the front desk representative said she have to get a supervisor permission to allow me to take my written test, she had to find one because all the employees and supervisors were standing around talking like they was a a family gathering just talking, barely working. She then proceeded to say the supervisor said no I can’t renew my License because they close in 20 mins, which left me very confused because online say’s different. They’re very lazy, don’t want to work and rude. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

The hours that’s on this website is not the right hours it’s 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays and 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

By far the worst experience in a public office. The facility opened at 8 and you couldn’t tell. You’re greeted with attitude and impatience immediately if you haven’t pulled out your sensitive docs before you step foot inside. It’s nothing but overwhelming heat, no place for any elderly or disabled to be seated while waiting, and to top it off, you’re not told that they’re only accepting cash/checks only because the cc machine is down, until you get to the cashier finally, so if you’ll have to leave and come back to another line. I’d rather go into downtown Chicago during rush hour than ever come back here. Please, go to another facility if you can.

I had to have my license renewed and I just wanted to comment on how well I was treated. All the people that helped me couldn’t have been more kind. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I am turning 83 this month and really appreciate how respectful people were. Thank you all so much for your kindness.

I was in and out within 30 minutes. The lady at the front desk really wasn't too much help when it came to knowing if I had the right documents for a real ID. But all in all it was a smooth experience. Oh, with this location you DO have to go online and make an appointment.

Mostly friendly staff inside of it, road test examiner was extremely rude and didn’t even know proper rules for the road, if you are trying to get a road test here especially for a high schooler don’t go here ever.

Nobody wants to go to the DMV, but my experience today was much better than expected. The lines moved quickly, the employees were happy, and helpful and Sharon... You are the best!
