Rarely is there anyone in the office during posted hours, this is especially true near opening time and close to closing time on Friday. Sure, the maintenance guy is around but he can't help you. Pleasant enough in person but vindictive and innumerate when it comes to sending out notices. They'll send 3 "second notice" letters about the same issue on the same day while never having sent a first notice. Some houses are allowed to sit in very obvious disrepair while other people are constantly harassed about things that are irrelevant and not covered by the bylaws.

The HOA sends letters to some residents about their garbage cans. They are told they aren't to be in the front of the house. Yet someone has had their cans on the front porch on a home just a few houses away from the HOA office. The maintenance man rides around making a list of "rule breakers", garbage cans, decorations, etc. Yet this list doesn't seem consistently taken.
Notes are posted at the entrance in type too small to read from the car. You can call the office about it, but they don't improve or change it. But when it's something about food trucks they us LARGE type and a seperate sign board.

They do a good job of managing our neighborhood and staying on top of their responsibilities. They've had my house completely re-roofed and painted and I'm extremely grateful. They do wonderful events for the kids on holidays like Easter and overall have a very friendly and respectful staff.

Board members are not prepared for meetings. The spending is secretive with efforts to make information difficult to obtain. Answers to questions are designed to mislead. Cable TV contract takes priority over maintaining homes as promised. Many yards are shabby and houses need painting. Efforts to find out what is going on are called "attacks. " Hostility to disabled at virtual meetings.

Zona residencial de muy agradable entorno. Se caracteriza por la tranquilidad y la buena vecindad,además de un buen servicio comunitario. De lo mejor que puedes encontrar es un agradable parque propio para hacer caminatas, picnic familiares y llevar a pasear a los niños y mascotas.
