Professional and efficient. I get anxious when I have important business to handle and the line was intimidating but I had all my documents and was in and out in 20 minutes. I came to get my teen an ID and it was $32, I’d assumed it was $20. Either way I got it done. Also in this building is a kiosk to pay Fulton County Utilities, the Fulton County Tax Assessors office, Fulton County Tax Commissioner and Water/ Sewerage Billing and Collections.

I must give Ms. Kim a big five-star rating. Her kindness, professionalism, and efficiency are like a ray of warm sunshine in this gloomy winter. Yesterday was supposed to be a frustrating day, with long queues accumulated during the holidays, updating the license plate but the Tag office was closed, and the online system and printing system did not work. Just when I was about to give up, Ms. Kim, never met before, helped me complete the renewal of my driver's license. I just said that it was a lucky gift to meet her. She faces so many customers every day, and she always maintains such kindness, seriousness and helpfulness. I hope she has a good mood every day!

My recent visit to the DDS was fairly efficient, but I wished for clearer guidelines on required documents for transferring an out-of-town ID. Upon arrival, an employee greeted me and asked a few questions before directing me to the ticket kiosk. While waiting, I used one of the computer terminals to complete the online application and received an email confirmation instantly. The confirmation email includes a number needed by the counter clerk for processing, and the fee was $35 (cash/card payment is accepted.) You may also complete the form in advance. Note that the printer wasn’t working during my visit. There is ample parking, but I suggest avoiding Saturdays due to potential long queues.

Visited on a Saturday at 8:30 to get my license updated with my new last name and address and it was a super smooth process. Guy checking everyone in was extremely kind, patient, and helpful to everyone in line. My ticket was called immediately and had very efficient service. I was honestly nervous to go to the DMV and wait for hours but now I can go enjoy my Saturday! Thankful for great service.

I took my daughter to the Georgia DDS Alpharetta service center for her learner's permit. The line moved fast and efficiently. However, the representative at the end of the line rejected her school transcript. He said it needed to show scores for the year 2024 - 2025, which is impossible in Nov. 2024. I argued that the transcript was the latest and did show her enrollment in the year 2024. He got impatient and started to yell at me. It is very frustrating for two reasons: 1) the representative seemed to be clueless about school transcript; 2) the representative was very unprofessional to yell at a customer. He obviously needs more job training.

The young guy at window 6 on 12/26/2024 was very rude and start yelling at me when I asked him if he can mail the hardcopy to another address instead of my residential address because the post office couldnt deliver it for the third time. He doesn't want to help and repeat the same thing over and over again, acting like I don't understand English. He needs more job training for sure.

When you enter there is small queue where you will get to know where to go and what to do next. Even they collect document and laugh in order to and tell you missing document. Some time printer works sometimes it won’t. Then you need to get the token by selecting the service you need. Wait and it will be very quickly you will be called. Going by car no problem to park and going by bus 640 meter to walk based on destination may vary. Over all nice experience. Less crowded if you go in the evening on week days. Don’t go Tuesday. Good luck
