The staffs working there are really nice and helpful. The information on the website was not sufficient at all however. Do note that if you want to leave you need to ask them to open the entrance door.

8/26往布魯賽爾火車途中背包遭竊，護照也在其中。下車後為取得警局報案證明花了近3小時。接著與海牙駐荷代表處陳先生聯絡處理事宜，陳先生不厭其煩詳細說明，並幫忙預約8/28下午去代表處辦理，非常感激！
週一下午抵達代表處，受到熱誠接待宛如回到台灣一般。外交部黃秘書姐姐、經濟部陳秘書只用不到15分鐘便將我們回台所需證明辦妥，效率之高令人激賞。當下真正體會到常常抱怨的台灣其實是安全的樂土，包包手機隨意放著都沒事，到了文明進步的歐洲一失戒心就掰了。前幾日遺失護照鬱卒的心，到此一掃而空。
給這群離鄉背井在國外為台灣打拼、為國人服務的駐荷蘭台北代表處所有同仁按個讚~你們太棒了。

Awful experience like many stated, rude staff, one lady seem very friendly but they changed shift. The second staff personal didn’t speak clear English, judged my Chinese because I wasn’t fluent. Judged my passport and nationality, complained about my paperwork. She insinuated that “your people go to Taiwan, get sick and don’t pay your medical bills.” Loads of unprofessional comments, it’s really not worth going to this place and be treated badly. Every taiwanese I know are super friendly and welcoming, unlike these representatives, they’re a shameful representation of their country.

整個代表處非常樂於助人.尤其辜小姐.還有黃秘書.非常有效率.在比利時布魯日被竊全家4本護照.不到1小時.即完成開具證明.解決了出門在外徬徨無助.並有他鄉遇故知的熟悉感.真的非常感謝駐外人員辛勞與高質感服務

Awful experiences. Have been there few times. Staffs looked annoyed every time. The website guidelines were not sufficient. The staffs got irritated when the visitors brought wrong documents or insufficient numbers of copy. If one try to point out their website is unclear, they print out their website content (while printing 1 page of copy there is 3€) and start "teaching" you as if you're a dumb person who can't read. Very wordy and unhelpful. I believe if the instructions on their website can't be improved, more people in the future will be confused and bring the wrong things, and the staffs will be more annoyed.

They are NOT friendly and NOT accommodating. Making an appointment to pick up documents is not allowed, which does not state on their website. Dealing with them, make sure you have a lot of free time to waste. I’m disappointed that the service differs so much from service I’m used to in Taiwan. Do better, have some manners.
