Strongly recommend AGAINST using Goodwill's pickup service. They mix in the for profit motive of the third parties that do the pickup. A small dresser became an oversize dresser, a couch an oversize couch (both of which I would have let go) but three steps out the front door became a "staircase". I asked the driver how many steps constitute a "staircase" and he said "one". It's not the extra money; it's just that you've gone to the trouble to donate good furniture and pay to have it picked up and then they gouge you on the pickup. All satisfaction gone. Highly recommend "A Wider Circle" for furniture donations instead.

Majority of the employees were disgustedly rude and disrespectful. I don’t know who they think they are talking to people like they’re dirt! But the cashier who checked me out was sweet and patient so I added another star.

Tried to respectfully care for and donate a deceased relative's belongings - donation employee dropped two boxes of fragile things into the bin from shoulder height, when I *very politely* menntioned that the third box was fragile he grumbled and instead *tossed* the box into the bin, and then turned and glared at me. I had several more boxes of even more fragile things, but at that point I drove off because I didn't want to see my deceased relatives' belongings smashed onto the ground, and I donated it elsewhere. Just a really distasteful experience all around - don't go here if you care about any of the stuff you are trying to donate, it may well just be smashed onto the ground instead of finding a new home with a new family. I do have empathy for the people working the donation center, but still don't want to see things get needlessly smashed.

Never a disappointment, ever! I believe this is my favorite location. There is one more that I like a great deal as well but it's not as close. I love coming here and always find a ton of things of great quality. Example, yesterday I found a brand new with tags Rebecca Minkoff purse. It was a $295 purse marked at $49.99 and coincidentally it was half off. I scored and I'm super excited! Prices in Virginia are much better than Seattle and consistent. I have purchased so many things from this location and it's always fun and exciting to see what treasure I will find. And I also picked up some furniture that was really reasonable.

The men at the donation center have been completely unprofessional. The first time I was hit on, the second, they were discussing among themselves what town I was coming from while looking me up and down, then today, they were just plain rude. I'd rather throw things out than go there again.

The prices at Goodwill are criminal. This is a used, plastic Starbucks tumbler for $6.99. This would be a couple bucks at Starbucks, and many times a year they give them away for free! What a joke. Whoever is deciding on the prices here should be ashamed of themselves.

I purchased a dress here and needed to return it - however, the cashier/manager said I did not buy the dress there and didn't refund me. Could have been an honest mistake on their end but was incredibly frustrating, since I had 100% bought it there and had followed all proper procedures for returning an item. Hopefully this warns others considering returning at this store.

Just had the most helpful girl (I think her name was Crista). I came too late to drop off things off but she called her manager and created a solution so that I didnt have to come back. Super helpful and kind!
