As a brand new agent, Metrotex being my first MLS, I had questions today regarding the fees I had to pay. Wendy C. was rude and seemed bothered to be asked anything. As a member service specialist, I would think the least she can do is explain basic information to new agents without seeming upset.

AWFUL!! WEEKS spent just to get my status change from one broker to another. I have 3 clients that have been waiting for me to list and apply for rentals. Called numerous times to gets rings and the voicemail.

The process to sign up was not complicated until I had to call for help. After signing up, my account said a pending charge, but after a couple of days, the account said balance due. I was confused, so I called. I couldn't get through, so I emailed. I was emailing Daniella, and she was giving different quotes from what I signed up for, which was almost $300 more. She told me that my card had declined, which was not true. I tried calling first thing the next morning and spoke with someone who was not happy to be at work. She just transferred me to Daniella voicemail and didn't care to hear my issue. I called back and spoke with JJ. He told me that the online link doesn't work and they should have told me that. Also,the fees are different. He went on to explain that they dont do key services quarterly anymore and MLS has to be prorated. I explained to him what I thought I was paying for and even told him I had a screenshot. To sum it all up, he said it was nothing he could do about charges and misrespensation of online charges. He did help the best he could with paying the necessity and getting me signed up for the class. I hope training is better than what I have already experienced.
