I wish I could issue 10 stars! Due to some unforeseen circumstances I was in need of a driver to take me to and from a procedure on 34th St. in Austin with an early arrival. I live in Spicewood. Lakeway Mobility was cleared by the surgery center to drive me with no family member, because the drivers are experienced medical personal. I cannot cover everything they do so please check out their web site; you will be amazed. A private owned local 24/7 company with a very high level of service. I definitely will be using again.

Lakeway Mobility in Austin helped make my vacation easy, stress-free and happy. I can honestly say that I have never experienced better customer service anywhere across all types of businesses. It was my first time traveling since I became disabled and I was a little bit scatter-brained trying to figure out what my mobility needs would be and what dates I would need a mobility device for. Lakeway Mobility was very patient with me and honestly cared about helping me to get the best device for my needs. When my communication was lacking, they stayed in touch to verify my plans. They delivered a comfortable, beautiful and affordable electric wheelchair to my hotel and 2- weeks later when my vacation ended, they arrived to pick it up. I couldn’t be happier!
