My agent Kirsten is awesome! She helped us tremendously with our home insurance that was a nightmare from ours being shut down. I will say she worked her tail off for us with that. Her husband, Clay, even did our inspection for our new roof. Awesome couple that believes in excellent customer service and they both will fight for their customers! She, also, helped us with our car insurance after being with Geico for 9 years. She did an outstanding job with both! I will recommend her services everyday! I didn't care about dealing with agents before because of prior experiences but Kirsten has helped me change that a little. She is truthful and will explain the fine details to you. Kirsten takes the time to explain anything you're not sure about. She'll find the best deal & the best coverage for your needs. She's very pleasant & helpful.
