Although Re-Bath is more expensive than other places, the product is worth the price. They were here promptly each morning and cleaned up everything as they left each night. They would ask if they wanted my input on where hangers, poles etc should be placed because those are the items you need access to. My guys and I feel horrible that I can’t give their names, my daughter through my paper away, but they were outstanding. They tore down walls, had to drill into cement, place electrical and water in different places but in and out in 4 days. If you are looking for the best and not sub-par for a bathroom remodel recommend you use re-bath and hopefully you get my guys.

Warranty replacement. Thank you Rebath! After 18 years of continual daily use by an entire family our shower/tub started having issues. We contacted Rebath and Holly got the warranty process rolling. In a few weeks Jordan and James came to replace our tub/shower. They worked so hard removing that cast iron tub. Never once did they complain about how difficult it was. They were enjoying their job, even the parts that must have been frustrating. They even moved up the shower head, as originally it was too low and they knew it would be more comfortable for the 6ft tall men in our family. Their workmanship was outstanding, as was their caring. They were careful with the existing walls, and cleaned up and vacuumed well any debris. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and easy for us. Thank you Holly, Jordan and James for your kindness and professionalism, and making this a great experience from start to finish. Now we are enjoying a lovely, beautiful, shower and tub!

I highly recommend working with re-bath through Home Depot. After purchasing a new condo, I needed to get the master shower replaced as soon as possible due to a poor DIY job done by the previous owner. The whole process from start to finish was very pleasant and efficient. Andrea met with me as a consult and worked really hard to get the whole project within my budget. She was personable and made me feel really secure in my choice to go with them. The wait time was not too bad (about 3-4 weeks) and once the workers came to install my shower, they were in and out within two days. The nice thing about re-bath is they won’t start the project until they have all of the parts which allows for them to start and finish the project quickly. Jeffery, Tom, and Franklin were really excellent at their job. They covered my clothes in my closet with a plastic sheet and were super respectful of my home. Jeffery took the time to explain everything at the end. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did!

We had a wonderful experience with Julie from Re-Bath! She was very thorough in the design process when we didn’t really have many ideas of what would look best for our bathroom remodel. Julie was very kind and such a joy to work with. We are so grateful we found Re-Bath! A big plus for us choosing them was having before/after pictures of their previous work.

We are happy with the final product, but the cleanliness, customer service, and sales tactics were not good. We were initially told it would be 3 days from start to finish "unlike other contractors who drag things out for weeks or months," and we were told they were extremely clean and use tarps to trap the dust. They showed us a complete remodel of a bathroom and said that costs about $24 k. Ours was just the shower and they added acrylic around our tub (no demo on the tub) and it cost over $21 k. We thought it would be an amazing experience and worth the extra money after the sales pitch. First, we waited 10 weeks after paying half to start. The supervisor said it would be in 2 phases because they had to custom make the door and did not give us a time change from the original 3 days. When they did start, they did "phase 1" in 3 days leaving a massive dusty mess in our master bedroom and garage where they asked if they could work. There was also so much wood and drywall in the carpet after they left I couldn't get it out with my regular vacuum. They said they only put up tarps to stop the dust if you ask. We didn't know that until after they were done. The workers were very kind though. It was at that point we found out they actually had to order all the glass and it took 4 weeks to come in. We felt that what we were told at the sales pitch was not true at all. They offer you money off if you sign immediately, so you feel a little stuck. When we called about the mess, their representative was condescending and made excuses saying we should've expected all that happened. They did end up paying for a professional carpet cleaner to come clean up the mess that was left. Overall, it was a pretty awful experience.

We had a great experience having our bathtub replaced, and now have a large walk-in shower for our master bathroom. The shower is of wonderful craftsmanship to make our bathroom more elegant and updated. The whole experience was wonderful and easygoing. We now have the shower of our dreams!

Jordan and Jefry are awesome and professional! They did amazing work in our bathroom. They were fast, on time, and really helpful with all our questions. They even took a look at a different bathroom for us. If we ever need anything else, I'm definitely calling them.
