We told Wren the style and type of kitchen we wanted , they sent out a representative to accurately measure the kitchen then when that was done we went beck to the showroom to design our new kitchen . When we had agreed on the design we were able to see our kitchen complete via there virtual reality headsets , which by the way are amazing . We agreed on a delivery date and they delivered on time . We opted to fit the kitchen ourselves as the units come already built . Great service from start to finish , no hesitation in recommending Wren Kitchens .

Designing and all working procedures very good.
They have top programmes and IT to make the kitchen design easy, accessible and very simple.
Our fitters were excellent and thanks to them our kitchen is stunning.
However, customer service support is awful from head office. They're helpless and once the money is paid they don't care about you or your queries.

This is our 2nd Wren Kitchen. Really pleased with the quality, durability and style. It was very easy to order. Just go to a show room and the designer does every thing for you. I would not recommend their fitters, as they are free lance and depending on who you get, you could be ripped of with extras such as electrics and plumbing. They over charge for these extras but you often dint have a choice if you want your kitchen up and running. They know that most people can not go without a functional kitchen for more than a few days and so this us why they get away with theses price's. It's about time Wren looks into this because it's letting down an otherwise, excellent company.

From our first visit to the Wren showroom we have had a great experience. Every person who has dealt with our order has been helpful and professional. Delivery was great by 2 very friendly and professional men. After sales queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We used our own carpenters for fitting. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

From the moment we walked into the WREN showroom, my wife and I were blown away with the choice of kitchens on show.

Then when we sat with an advisor we realised how easily we could afford a WREN kitchen.

From the survey to the design, which we were able to review and change prior to the final sign off, everything was great.

When the kitchen was delivered, the team were meticulous of handling everything from protection and ensuring everything we had ordered was there including inspection for any damages (which there weren't).

We fitted the kitchen ourselves and the online tutorials were of great assistance.

I hope I will not install any more kitchens but if I do, it will be a WREN kitchen. Special mention to Amanda at WREN Northampton - thanks.

Amazing service, very pleased with the whole process and our designer was very open to different ideas, we would highly recommend Amanda from Northampton Branch.

Whole kitchen arrived, we have had to order a few replacement parts due to damages but I did this on the app and replacement items arrived within a week with no problems.

Kitchen isn’t finished yet still need flooring and tiles but very pleased so far.

Amazing service and would highly recommend.
