Absolutely useless had my phone booked in for a week just to be told when I arrived in store that I would have to wait 45 minutes just to see if the screen replacement was available. Would not recommend waste of time incompetent staff !

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. AVOID at all costs! Upon arrival the 3 girls working there were happily chatting away to each other and basically ignored us, until I managed to make myself noticed at which point a rude and abrupt girl told us to sit down, without even letting us explain why we were there. All 3 of these girls then went out the back. Some time later a girl arrived and Probably had the worst attitude I have ever experienced from someone who's sole job is to offer customer service! She was rude, condescending, patronising and generally totally disinterested in helping us. The problem was not resolved and we ended up leaving and now looking for another company to go with!
EE and Samsung need to seriously look at the reviews of this shop and realise the staff are letting the place down and losing customers due to it. Shame on the managers there, do better!

The pricing strategy of EE appears to be significantly higher compared to its competitors. During my inquiry regarding the availability of 5G service in my area, the staff member experienced difficulties in accessing the system due to poor signal strength on their device. This raises concerns about their ability to effectively serve customers if they are unable to utilize the network or modem device within their own store. Upon gaining access to the system, the staff member informed me that 5G is not yet available in my area, contradicting the advertisement that claims EE to be the best network.

Dropped my Google pixel 7a and totally smashed the screen! It was a new phone!

All the quotes I got to fix were 150-200. I nearly bought a new phone as repair wasn't worth it.
Looked online and saw EE fix the screens for £70. Didn't believe it but booked an appointment. Sure enough all fixed within an hour for £70 and good as new!
Have already recommended them to friends.

I've been an EE customer for more than 15 years and went into this store to enquire about a repair. Staff were disinterested, unhelpful and generally couldn't be bothered... were unable to provide an estimate before booking the phone in and went out of their way to discourage me getting the work done through them. Dismal, avoid!

I recently visited this store and, unfortunately, experienced extremely poor customer service. Despite attempting to call the store over 15 times, no staff member answered the phone. Upon arriving at the store, I observed staff members standing around, conversing with one another, and ignoring the ringing phone.

Given this experience, I cannot recommend this store. I hope that measures will be taken to improve customer service and staff attentiveness in the future.

I went to the shop for repair my phone. Customer service is very good. But when i received my phone inside the camera lens lot's of dust and dirt. The technician didn't clean inside the camera lens. Not professional. That's why 3 star.

Went into the store today after booking an appointment for repair, and it couldn't have gone sooner. Dealt with 3 members of staff and all were great. Fab communication and phone were repaired within 2 hours 30 mins, which was fantastic.
