We are very happy with our new bathroom. And everything was quick and easy to arrange a free booking with the sales rep. And from there things moved on quickly. Christiano the guy who fitted the new bathroom was very polite and professional. He also explained the things he was doing as well as to make sure it was the way i wanted it. He was very well mannered and respectful and efficient in his work. He also went the extra mile when we ran into a problem. So a big thank you to everyone involved for getting me a bathroom of my dreams.

Fantastic transformation from our old fashioned bathroom to a modern walk in shower. We are delighted with the excellent workmanship and finish. Festim and Nick were great craftsmen who spared no time in the change over in 4 days. They arrived in the morning and got straight down to work. It was a delight to have them in our house.

I am very pleased with the work done in my bathroom: replacement of the bath and basin with a shower and a basin plus storage unit. The advisor who came to discuss the project gave me very clear and detailed information about both practical and financial options, and the surveyor who inspected the pipes and wiring also made some excellent suggestions and emendations to the original plan.
During the installation I was pleased to receive a daily phone call from a Customer Services Advisor, asking how the work was progressing. Everything went well. The installer, Ioan, was exemplary: quick, neat, punctual, tidy and good humoured. He takes pride in his work, which he evidently enjoys, and he showed persistence and imagination in successfully addressing one or two small problems.

We are extremely pleased with our new shower room installed by Chris and his dad Rob. Chris and Rob are very experienced fitters who I would recommend to anyone. We now have a " showroom" shower room thanks to their skills.

They worked hard to install the shower tray so it sat on the floor drilling out very hard concrete. Each morning they explained their jobs for that day. Everywhere was left tidy each night and they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the job.
Los our electrician was very helpful and answered my questions.
Matt from the office phoned each day for a progress report which was very much appreciated and helpful.

Steve was an absolutely amazing fitter. He kept everything clean and tidy, got on with the work and had a very high attention to detail, consulting me at every step of the fitting to ensure each little addition was tailored to my requirements.

Also the customer service I've received from Matt and Claire was second to none. Matt called every day to check on the project progression, and nothing was too much trouble. He was also really proactive following up with the electrician who was stuck in traffic and ensured he was calling me to keep me informed.
