I couldn't be happier with my recent experience with Freddie at Unity Abarth Leicester. From the moment I contacted him about my new Abarth 500e, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions, provided excellent advice, and made the entire process seamless.

The representative I dealt with, Freddie, was friendly, helpful and responsive to communication. I was impressed with his manner and surprised to learn he is new to the trade.

However, I would like to mention two things I wasn't so happy with.

1. I paid £350 for paint and interior protection to be applied to my vehicle before collection. When I arrived, I was told the seats "had not been done, for some reason" and it was explained I could use the corresponding bottle from the kit that comes with purchasing the protection, and do it myself when I got home. I believe I should have received a partial refund for work not done, and not expected to use half a bottle of product that should have been mine for the future. Climbing in to my new car to do a job that I'd paid the dealer to do was not an enjoyable experience.

2. When Freddie looked around my part exchange vehicle, he returned to tell me that he had found damage on one of the rear doors, and that his manager had instructed him to withold the remaining £150 of my £500 deposit (after the £350 for the unfinished paint and interior protection had already been deducted). He also told me I needed to pay another £100 on top of this to cover what the damage would cost for the dealer to have repaired before auctioning/selling the vehicle.
I acknowledged that when Freddie pointed it out, I could indeed see an area with a few paint scratches and one minor dent in the door panel. However, I'm incredulous as to whether this very minor damage would cost that much to repair by the dealer's associated body shop, and felt pressured to just relinquish £250 extra in the moment in order to be able to take my vehicle home, after already driving 90 minutes with my 9 year old daughter to collect the car.
Overall, I am very happy with the vehicle and don't regret my purchase in that regard, but the issues above did leave a sour taste, I'm afraid.

Purchased my first ever car from Unity, with help from Tom and recieved excellent service. Tom took his time to make sure I was happy and that the car was right for me. He also did a great job of keeping me updated with how the sale was going.

Everyone else in the team equally seemed very professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable.

I can't wait to drive my new car and I'd definitely recommend to anyone 🥳🎉

I bought my Fiat 500e from Unity…
I bought my Fiat 500e from Unity Automotive in Leicester, happy with the car. The service from Unity was OK then very poor, they delivered the car, good price. I asked specifically if I could control the car's systems by an app - they said 'yes' - so I bought the car, happy in the knowledge that I could put on the heating when I was at work or on a frosty morning in advance of getting in the car. Tom at Unity has been particularity poor, not effective in dealing with the fact that my car does not seem to be able to use the app, and refuses to phone me, even when he 'will get back in touch tomorrow'. I have now phoned him several times, the person taking the call says 'he'll phone you back straight away'. He has never phoned me back! I bought a car which now does not live up to what I expected and Unity are useless. They should be better, it would not take much just to communicate, even if they have sold me a pup!

I had an amazing experience at this dealership! A special shoutout to my sales rep, Freddie Welch, who made me feel welcome from my very first inquiry all the way through to vehicle delivery and even after-sales care. Freddie’s professionalism and knowledge made the whole process enjoyable, and his enthusiasm for the cars was infectious.

I knew which car I wanted when I visited the dealership. Freddie didn’t try to dissuade me or pressure me into any upgrades. He gave me the facts and let me make the decision.

I recently bought a Jeep Renegade from Freddie at the dealership.

Freddie was helpful, friendly and did not push me for a sale. Freddie remember my partner, who'd called about a month beforehand to enquire about a different vehicle. I was impressed that Freddie remembered that conversation and my partners name.

Overall a really good experience and we are happy with the car.
