Jake has been an absolute legend!

We had previously visited another retailer intending to buy a car but left disappointed and empty-handed.
However, at Tesla, we truly felt like valued customers.
The service was exceptional, and Jake went above and beyond spending so much time with us, arranging test drives for both the Tesla Model Y and Model 3, patiently explaining the differences and available options, and following up with care.

What started as a casual visit ‘just for fun’ turned into a definite decision to buy a Tesla, all thanks to Jake’s outstanding support.

This is a post that is easy to do. I attended a test drive of a Tesla Model Y which was amazing. From start to finish at Tesla in Bicester, Alex attended to my needs, perfect instructions, answered every question l had and was so very very helpful. This was not in any way a pressurised way of selling a car, it was an in-depth, detailed and pleasant way of introducing me to the electric world of the Tesla Model Y. We visited the Tesla Centre in Bicester this afternoon for a test drive and had a fantastic experience. Alex, the sales rep, was super helpful and knew his stuff. He broke down the differences between the Model 3 and Model Y for us and then handed over the keys, letting us take the car out for a spin on our own. We had all the time we needed to get a feel for it. Alex also pointed out some great pre-owned deals, which was exactly what we were looking for, and walked us through the financing options, warranties, and extra features we'd get by buying directly from Tesla. He was polite, friendly, and made the whole visit worthwhile. If you're thinking about getting a new or used Tesla, I'd definitely recommend swinging by the Tesla Centre in Bicester.

I very much enjoyed my visit to Tesla Bicester and the help and hospitality of Nik. My S was in for a service repair but it was a great opportunity to take one of the next generation 3's for a test drive and I was really impressed. The earlier 3 was good but this was a superb vehicle with considerable improvements. I am certainly thinking of buying a Tesla 3 Performance which will meet all my needs.
