They are always so helpful, one garage I really trust to do a good job and always go out of their way to give me a reasonable price. Martin was so good, went above and beyond to make sure my car was sorted. I wouldn’t ever consider using anywhere else in Banbury

The garage was short-staffed, but none the less, I got fantastic service when replacing my tyres. They went the extra mile by checking and topping up some fluids and handing out chocolates. The wait was worth it and I we keep going back.

Had really great service from Protyre in Banbury recently. We've used them before for MOT and so on. This time had a service and found that we needed new tyres as our existing ones were really worn. Protyre - and Martin in particular - went above and beyond to try and source us tyres quickly, as we had a bit of a family emergency which meant we needed to do a long drive urgently. We really appreciated the extra effort at a very stressful time. We'd be using Protyre again anyway as we've had good service in the past, but this extra effort really makes you want to remain a loyal customer.

Where to start ... booked in two new Goodyear tyres and front tracking.

Timeslot a waste of time. Booked in for 9 30 to 10 30 to be told will call you when ready.20 weeks pregnant mrs went back at nearly 11 and car sat in same place.

Eventully Fitted the front tyres but didnt do tracking as car has a system they couldn't adjust as no equipment to do the job. Even though put the car reg in 5 days earlier online and couldnt figure out that make and model cqnt be adjusted as thier machine isnt capable. . Going to refund me for this at some point back on my card in a few days time apparently.

Went to another garage who done the tracking no problem then noticed front tyre pressures are 41psi and the other is 35psi
Back tyres pressure although not changed were not even checked one at 24 psi the other at 31psi. Pure laziness in my opinion so had to get all the pressures sorted. Surely a professional outfit would check this or is it a case of we only done the front ones not our problem ? How long does it take just to check , even can see on the tpms if can't be bothered.to just manually ? Nothing professional about protyres I'm afraid.

Prepaid nearly £300 pounds today for this pleasure i would avoid at all costs utter COWBOYS.

Took most of the day to sort this headache out. My family would of been driving around with tyres pressures all over the place this winter and not even know it.

Spoke to the manager who was rude to my partner at the fitting workshop aswell and told him I was annoyed with the level of service and can't even get the new tyre pressures even ? Said he will have a word with the tech
Never even mentioned the tracking not being done as obviously not interested. Just I will refund you back the money.
Seen other reviews with timeslot discrepancies and bad workmanship so not just a one off.

Came in with the hope that they might be free at some point on the day for a wheel-related issue diagnosis, assuming I'd need to book in properly for any actual fixing of issues.

They had the car up in the air within a few minutes, mechanic spotted+showed me the problem and explained what he recommended doing.

They then stripped down the offending corner, installed the required parts and gave me back the vehicle within a few hours.

A garage I'd tried before them said I'd need to book a slot in 3 days time for them to just take a look.

Cannot thank them enough for such an efficient service, very grateful. Will be returning for all future maintenance work.
