Decided to see the range of wooden floors based upon adverts we'd saw and a few recommendations from people we know. The range was quite comprehensive in terms of quality, finish and style and we approached Logan for advice on what would suit our home space. He was knowledgeable, friendly and could assist with our decision-making, including the installation and additional materials we'd need to consider. We placed our order there and then, expecting the installation within 5-8 weeks; so far, a really positive experience and thanks to Logan for his support.

I bought some engineered tiles for my kitchen. These were very expensive and it would have been a lot cheaper to do real tiles, however I really liked them so I went for it.

A year or so later and they are all cracking up at the clipping point, I tried contacting dwf but i got no response.

This has cost me so much money. I need to replace it all now with real tiles.
