I'd love to give this zero stars if I could. This company has been nothing but incompetent. I have been let down by it numerous times. I shouldn't have trusted this company from the very beginning.

My mental health and confidence have been damaged because of UBU. There are times when I self-harmed because I have been at my wit's end. If you want to work in social care, look elsewhere. If you are a potential client, then look elsewhere. This company is horrendous. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! It loves to backstab people and it loves to abuse staff and clients. It will take one death for them to wake up and go bankrupt!

I have provided services to ubu over the past twelve months. The services I have visited have been filled with positive staff who were helpful and keen to help those who use the service as much as possible.
The home environments have been clean and well presented and ubu was doing as much as possible to ensure that the environments were fit for purpose for the staff with effective use of space and involving staff in the decision making.
