I called to schedule an appointment & the young lady who spoke to me through phone was extremely rude! Her attitude was totally disgusting. When I went for my appointment, Caina again was very rude! She was giving me an attitude. She needs to be more respectful to others. I asked her about the diaper donation and she told me to go somewhere else, that junta no longer giving out diapers. She shouldn’t be working front desk especially there!

Si buscas ayuda para traducir o llenar documentos en inglés JUNTAS no es el lugar, yo busque ayuda y la respuesta fue que buscara un notario. En la escuela que estudio me recomendaron que le pidiera ayuda a ellas y no obtuve nada. Así que si buscas ayuda para traducir o llenar documentos no pierdas tiempo llamando o yendo a sus oficinas.

As many may already know, there are a lot of programs that claim to be for the people, however, it has been my experience Junta lives up to what they say. The staff at Junta demonstrate their genuine concerns for the people walking through their doors. I have found the staff to be gracious and caring in helping others, regardless of anything else.

we asked junta for help . today was our second appointment . the first one, the lawyer never showed up for our 6 pm meeting, three months ago. today, our second appointment was at 10 am. we were at junta, 'rosie' told us the lawyer was having parking troubles ( 10 15 am). at @ 10 30 am , 'rosie' apologized , and said the lawyer got tied up- we should go to new haven legal aid . we drove there, asked for 'daisy' as advised - well no 'daisy ' was present. we called junta, 'rosie' took our call then passed it off to 'her supervisor' . how do you say , run around i hope junta works for you and your needs - 'rosie' was less than useless on 4-24-2019.

En varias ocasiones e solicitado ayudas para diferentes cosas y TODO me lo niegan. Siempre me dicen que ellos no dan esa clase de ayuda, cuando a personas cercanas a mi la solicitan y si se las dan. Y soy madre soltera viviendo en un refugio hace 8 meses
