Called today to find out the status of my divorce .Rosemary Palladino, Matrimonial Coordinator Answered and was incredibly rude . She refused to speak to me the plaintiff and insisted on speaking to my attorney. No other clerk office in NY functions like this . I called back and asked to speak to her supervisor because she was rude . I heard her talking to someone in the background telling them “well since your my supervisor speak to this lady that is saying I’m being so nasty to her .” Typical Karen behavior to convolute a story and add lies to it . Her supervisor that answered told me they couldn’t share any info only with my attorney . You can call any other county in NY and they will give you a case status if you provide an index number . Very unprofessional and unhelpful , lack of empathy . Other counties have more people of color so they are more willing to help you .
