Ok facility but Caseworkers treat the people living there like numbers instead of actually helping them along the way. Some don’t care about them making real progress and always thinks they’re lying when some are genuinely trying to handle their business.

They aren't supposed to be friendly. They are dealing with people that have been locked up. They wouldn't be able to keep order if they were nice. They need to be teaching how to deal with it being hard to get a job due to having a criminal record. Teaching skills to show worth. A lot of people only know how to hustle. Not something that looks good on an application.

This place is terrible , unfortunately there really isn’t anyone to complain to or anyone to fix the issues. They do not treat the inmates who come here respectful or equal. The staff can be cool but often the men are a**hole s. The case workers do not help at all. Many failed attempts to be provided with a parole officer and case worker Jones refuses to pass the information on. And if your looking to stay sober unfortunately this place is full of drugs. I feel for the men looking to do good. It’s so unfair and sad how these people do not help. It’s really just a hotel service and drugs. Is your next door neighbor with a continental breakfast. Goodluck to the ones placed here

Been here 4 times and barely made it in the door. The woman I am visiting says it is better than what she expected. Her counselor is helpful. The food is far better than that on my table.

This place is horrible! They do NOT care to help anyone in there. They want for inmates to get to and from places in a couple of hours. Not everyone there has family members that can help them. And the way they help is by taking the inmates to bus stops early in the morning and they have to find their way to get to places. And they also don’t assign professional case workers! They’re horrible!! Why would this place that is suppose go help people, hire these unprofessional loud mouth women! Family members get so excited to finally see their loved ones and these so called “case workers” give a 2 hour “free time”. That not enough! They treat the inmates like they probably treat their kids. It’s sad this place has so many bad reviews and nothing is being done!

I been here almost 6 months.mostly clean all men here are respectful employee and clients, but front desk females.need to be trained how to treat a client and thier family. Not all but a few of them have a issue with men and have a power trip.they are very unprofessional and disrespectful.I believe thiers more to this place than meets the eye.as far as being free with a roof over your head.its ok.foods 50/50.
