This was my first visit to ARA Southwood and I was impressed by the staff and the service. Checking in was very simple. The technician actually got me in the exam room early, which is appreciated. The test was done very carefully and everything was explained as we went. I was done quicker than expected and my doctor and I got the results the same day! I am going back this Friday for another exam and now I know what to expect. I am grateful that my doctor chose ARA to do my exams. I feel I can trust these people! I got there very early and I noticed that the entire staff is very courteous to everyone.

From the moment telephoned ARA to make my appointment, I received thoughtful and professional care, and this continued throughout the performance of the scan. To begin with, I requested an earlier appointment, at which time the scheduler worked hard to accommodate my request, getting me in 6 days earlier than I expected. At the facility, I had a wonderful Nurse, Rochelle, that not only did an excellent job taking care of me clinically, she was comforting, kind and VERY helpful!!!! Likewise,, the Radiology Tech was great at communicating everything to me and making sure I was comfortable. Due to the clinical reason for my visit, my anxiety was high, but the ARA Team did a stellar job of making me feel cared for and valued!!

It was easy peasy to get an appointment reasonably soon. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly staff ( who can tell there are more than one kiosks if you haven't had your coffee?). Both the nurse who set up my IV for hydration and the rad tech who performed the CT scan were warm, professional and competent. All in all it was a very smooth procedure and it didn't take more than one hour.

I was there in the early morning! Front desk sign in was awesome. The guy behind the counter was very cheerful and helpful with the new kiosk. The technitiom for my mammogram was very pleasant and kind. All went smoothly!

Always professional service with friendly, caring staff. The MRI technician administering my procedure was so accommodating on the cold day of my appointment. I was made comfortable with a heated blanket prior to beginning the MRI. She made certain I was comfortable and addressed any concerns I had. Just excellent. A+++

Southwood location has a kind, compassionate, professional staff. Front desk & techs are stellar. The only issue I have is setting initial appointments with the horrible overseas schedulers. It shouldn’t be that difficult. This is why I only left 4 stars. You can do better.

Everyone here is absolutely kind and professional as well as great service. Got my exam four hours earlier than expected (they called to see if I wanted to come in earlier) which was good for me! Everything went easy and smooth.

Cait who works at the front desk was very nice, sweet, and friendly. She made it less nerve wrecking for me when I had to go in to get my imaging done. Overall, scheduling was easy and the lady who did my imaging was very nice!
