Too much for association and they yet to not make a walk way in the back of my street by the . Bayou. My next door neighbors tree is falling toward my fence.

I have had nothing but a terrible experience with our association , whom I pay almost $400 a year to ! I own my home , and have YET to hear a call back from anyone in regards to a damaged fence that is now fallen down completely right next to my home. The person who owns and rents the property in connection with this is a manager of the home owner association !! This property constantly has an old washer sitting outside next to it, as well as old lumbar and kitchen parts that get thrown into my yard !! It is absolutely ridiculous!

These people claim not to pay overtime for their lifeguards because it's a seasonal position. I will take you to court if you fail to pay overtime. Stop taking advantage of kids.
