Make a appointment to see a salesman at 5pm..wait for a half hour and left, I guess they didn't need to sell anything, while we were waiting they said Robert was busy with another customer which was fine but you think someone else might of helped or maybe the sales manager would of come over and said something..NOPE nothing, i even went over and made my presence known to the sales manager, that we were tired of waiting and and we walked out the door

I am not a mechanic but I am familiar with cars in general and this place is by far the best I've ever been. They are honest and work with you every step of the way to ensure that you understand what's wrong or if it's something you can just keep an eye on or if it's overkill and something you can do in your garage at home. They have treated me like a loyal customer from day 1 and the mutual respect and professionalism is second to none. If you have a Toyota please give these guys a chance to earn your business. There is a reason they are trusted and the go to spot for the Colorado springs area for your servicing needs. Special shout out to Sara and Ian who have been my reps and they are excellent in communication and making sure you stay up to date on your vehicle while it's being worked on. I can pay less and go somewhere else if I want but I have never had a bad experience with them in over 3 years and have been burned by other places before so why roll the dice when I know I will be taken care of from start to finish? Nowhere else even comes close so as long as I live here, this will be where I take my 4runner. When the owners go over budget for customer service amenities, hiring the best people, and renovations for all, that tells me a lot about what the owners value and that's I why I will advocate for this place every day.

Jacob Kroeger was our salesman. My wife went in and got the process started for us. As soon as I got there he shook my hand, introduced himself, and filled me in. We were after a Subaru outback for our daughter. We looked at two. Decided on the 2nd. We took both for a test drive, and he took us on a longer route than normal because we are a GM family and knew nothing about a Subaru. We were at the dealership roughly 3 hours. Not because we were given the normal runaround of a typical dealer it just took that long to test drive two cars ask questions (I’m very detail oriented so I take my time). He was very patient and answered all our questions and then some. We were on vacation so he recommended several sites to see and places to eat. Would definitely recommend Jacob. He was definitely a 5 star experience!!!
