Went to do my passport yesterday the staff just skip me bc he went to take a 15 min break when he back already passed my appointment time he just called the next person not fair at all. The post office don’t go with appointments time. I came hour early. So stupid I don’t know why people just don’t respect ours time. This post office don’t respect people as people. That staff looks so lazy omg. Not friendly at all. If the previous appointment they take more time just tell them to come back next time only 15 min per person. That staff didn’t did the right thing. But instead he skip me to make up the timing.

Passport office has horrible service. I asked Nathan a couple of questions and all he kept giving me attitude. I tell you, he thinks because he is in a post office he has some “power” on people. He’s lucky I was in a good mood and didn’t respond back the way he was speaking to me. I honestly feel that he and anyone that does public service need to be reeducated properly. Then the employees in the post office ask themselves why the post office is shrinking and their receiving reduced hours. It’s because their service sucks! That’s why people are using other methods of service.

Love it here. Of course I had to wait in line like anywhere else. I think the time is very convenient for those of us that have to do personal things after work. It inside was nice and clean and our clerk was very friendly and pleasant. I’m coming here for all my postal needs from now on.

They only open 2 mailing services, there is always a long line waiting and it is only 6pm, when they are supposed to close at 8pm, they should have more personal available

Terrible place to come! I used to come here all the time as a kid, when my parents used to send mail (not to mention the service was excellent back then.) Now? ITS TERRIBLE!!! I came for a money order and that line is long!!! Ive never seen something like it! There were so many people working only for 1 person to be doing money orders! Not only that but the manager was very mean. She was an old Asian lady.. When I asked her nicely, if I was in the correct line she answered me in an angry tone. After a while, she said "we can take you over here" and I looked up since I didn't know who she was pointing at and she looked at me and said "NOT YOU!" In front of everyone. Even the person behind me said that was rude. She spoke so nicely to her race but to others she was very rude! It took approximately 25 to 30 minutes until I finally got what I wanted! Waste of time and the workers here are terrible. If the workers don't like their job, why work there anyways?
