Wonderful Experience at MAPS

I recently visited the Muslim Association of Puget Sound (MAPS), and I was truly impressed by the warmth and sense of community. Imam Ahmed was especially friendly and welcoming, taking the time to greet me and answer my questions with kindness and patience. His approachability made the experience even more meaningful.

The center itself is well-organized, clean, and clearly dedicated to serving its community. It’s a great place for spiritual growth, learning, and connecting with others. I felt genuinely welcomed and inspired during my visit.

MAPS is a shining example of what a community center should be. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and inclusive space.

Every time I go to this masjid I feel "bright." - its just such a welcoming atmosphere, Alhamdullilah. The big open space, well lit, the cleanliness, and seeing my brothers and sisters here always calms me and feels like it has so much noor.

I wish I didn't live so far away from here. Inshallah some day, I'll make it here everyday.

Tried seeking help & support from this masjid in my time of need only to get absolutely nothing, all these people believe in is in raking in the doe for their fall courses for this year, they don’t actually care about your wellbeing they only care about getting money from you.

I tried emailing them and nothing,
I tried messaging the telegram group and nothing.
I applied for assistance and nothing.

The only help I really want is in getting work, I’m not asking for a handout and these people have ignored me which just makes it clear that they’re only into monetizing religious knowledge, they don’t believe in actually practicing it.

I’ve had to turn to three friends for support and now I’m in the process of getting back to work in both the traditional sense & in getting clients for my business - no thanks to these money hungry scumbags

Very peaceful and serene place for prayers right in the middle of downtown Seattle. Ample place for large Jumua gathering. Summer Jumua Iqamah at 1:30 PM

Very good masjid in Redmond's, Wa. They have 5 times prayer, halal cafe with excellent food, sport hall, and various activities for kids and teens. My son have halaqoh there with good ustads to maintain his Qur'an memorization.
