I have lived in Poinciana for 20 years… This the worst I have ever seen, they want you to pay for cable services , which I don’t use, the service shows the same shows over and over… Between, my house and the neighbor’s house there is a strip of land that belongs to the association, where the grass grows high, that they NEVER maintain. My lawn care guy is constantly cutting the grass for them… I am fed up calling them, they come when they want to…… The worst time is now, when the hurricane season starts… Zero (0) STARS for me!!

This is quite literally the worst group of people to “HOA” I have ever seen. thief’s. They don’t even care either that they have such a low rating. They make this city a shame to live in.

Absolutely the worst HOA I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Can NEVER get anyone on the phone and when you do, they're rude, give you the run around and transfer you to too many departments to even keep track of. They refuse to do anything about people trespassing on homeowners properties! But if someone gets hurt on your property, while trespassing, they expect the homeowner to be liable/responsible for the person hurt! Even with No Trespassing signs up, they won't do anything and neither will the police! I absolutely love my home but wish I had never moved to this area...

We recieved a bill stating that we had violations that were past due from 2020 until October 2021. My husband and I didn't close on our home until November 2021. I contacted the builders and they asured me that they would handle the problem and pay the violation fees. They also put it in an email for me to show to the association. I called 10 times on 5/10/2022 and no one answered the phone so I had to take off work to go to association on 5/11/2022. When I got there and explained the problem they were very rude and disrespectful towards me. I had email proof from the builder but they printed me a paper with pictures of the violations even after I explained what was happening. They told me I had to go to another office and I needed to call the builders to have it paid asap or we would be issued another late fee for the violations that were given before we were the owners of the property. The staff are not helpful at all, very rude, and act as if they have attitudes with the homeowers who are trying to get issues resolved. We love our home but this association needs better customer service!!!!!!!!

this is the most useless HOA i have encountered in my entire experience with hoa's. they send you notices to wrong addresses and they claim they never did anything wrong. they do not pick up phones when you want to find them and you have to keep wasting your time calling over and over again until someone condescends to pick up to you. if you can avoid dealing with these people altogether, you will save yourself a ton of nerves. AVOID THEM.

They charged me a HOA FEE for someone else’s home and refuse to waive the fee. Absolutely ridiculous & this whole organization is sketchy and rude even with proof and a paper trail!

I bought some land and when I tried to connect with this HOA to pay my dues, they give me the run around and bounced me back and forth between multiple offices. Horrible customer service! I belong to another HOA in central Florida and they are fantastic. Poinciana Villages Association really needs an overhaul all together!

The association is incapable of providing a proper system for this community. It's infuriating because it's filled with hurdles and multiple negative factors. You're constantly being stopped or denied of requests for your home or given demands that will have to apply to everyone even if that isn't what you want. And no roads to much traffic. To much people for that road. 1 way to go and 1 way to come in is crazy. Association only put restriction to fix you house or.fix everything in you house well I don't understand that people. " Welcome to cuba in poinciana" Dictators don't help the people and don't give permit to the people fix anything. But when you don't fixing something you not need to fix send you a lot picture fast.but when you need permit to fix something not only say and give alot hard time for everything. But they is so good to send you violated $$$$$. Easy
