My kids have caused me to call twice (so far) and both times have been great. The nurses are very knowledgeable and kind. They give great piece of mind and don’t require you to divulge your life history to get help. You will likely wait on hold for a while, but not as long as it takes us to decide if calling is the right thing to do.

On Saturday 6/22/24 at 7:30 pm I called about my grandson found playing with my prescription medicine. I sat on hold for 30 minutes then hung up to do an internet search. Called back and sat on hold for 40 more minutes before I gave up again. By this time the emergency had passed - he was acting fine. But what was going on? You need more help! So disappointed!

Kept very calm when I accidentally took two prescription pills instead of Tylenol. Review carefully dose and when was the last time I had taken this particular med. since I hadn’t taken it in over 48 hours it would probably not cause overdose symptoms and low dose med . Suggested to just eat something . Never had any problems

These folks are true professionals - Sherry, Jennifer, and Bo went above and beyond to calm my anxiety regarding OTC medication for the flu and drinking too much water. Each of these humans invested time to help me feel heard and provided rational, evidence-based advice. I’m so grateful this place exists - they saved me two trips to Urgent Care!

I called RMPDS because my daughter was having an allergic reaction to pecans. They were extremely helpful and helped me realize how fast I had to escalate the problem and take her to the ER. I’m so thankful for the nurses I spoke to. Thank you for having such an awesome way for people to connect so quickly in emergent situations!

More concerned with their protocol and operation than providing information. Call a Real nurse Call a Real emergency number.

Any information i was able to pull away from them came by my asking the same question in various different ways. After asking multiple times FINALLY i was given a reason why she couldnt answer my question. Start with that.
Communication was primitive.
She was more concerned with what i would do with the information than actually providing any black and white factual information to be helpful. I called looking for facts and info they gave opinions and speculation. I can ask the Starbucks barista for opinions and speculation

Called about an ingestion and was completely blown off. I was told “ it’s not a big deal”. That may be the case but the complete lack.of.care from the nurse makes me feel angry and hurt. I would like to be contacted to discuss in more detail. Case # 6591928.
