The most worse place I ever been in the United States. I had appointment at 11:45 to change the address, first I wanted to change the address on line but the website didn’t let me to do that and I made the appointment one month before ,when I got there the lady in the front check my documents and she didn’t recognize the post office address I changed because has passed one month but I had one month to meke appointment doesn’t make sense,she wanted the home address with my signature ,I made it send me for copy in another office,after she gave me the number 380, I waited until 3pm to come my turn, do you know why so late there working only 2 people the other employees going and staying bucks hiding, at 3 pm come and work 6 people because they closed soon and show up at work, I showed my documents and the person created another problem, she wanted another document, after 30 minutes I showed my bank account and they accepted to change the address.
Unprofessional,uneducated bad attitude not respectful is shame for US government to have this people to work.
I was in Atlanta for 2 minutes make the driver license professional people no line and doing everything to make you happy, the same thing in Clearwater works so fast and not creating lines giving all the information you need and the most important waiting you with a smile and you live with a smile.That’s America
I see my driver license and I am not happy for the bad experience I had in this place, and something the place was like a prison. I am sorry!!

Appointments aren’t available for 4 + wks. It’s says to check back for appointments available due to cancellations. But on the next screen, it says you cannot modify or cancel appointments. ALL Broward & Miami Dade DMVs are run by the State of FL. A disaster, mismanaged, inefficient, deplorable system. @ 545am Monday walking lined up. Opens @ 8am.

Lady that helped me was awesome. Was with her for a solid 4 minutes. Appointment was at 12:15, arrived at 11:30 just to be safe, and didn’t get called until 2:30. A gentlemen went around apologizing for the delay however the lady at station 5 was chopping it up with each and every customer laughing and having a blast for over 20 minutes. The lady next to me was just about fed up and got up and asked her to do her job instead of laughing and catching up like old friends. She proceeded to laugh and overall she was downright rude. She yelled at an old man because he was standing up instead of sitting down when getting his photo taken. Had the lady at station 17 she was pleasant!

People who work here don't care about you or anybody, it seems like they don't like to work with people, they are rude, mean, and don't even care if you have an appointment. Had an appointment for 8 am and i left the place at 12, terrible.

This DMV location is fast. The people who have appointments go in on time. I suggest to be here earlier. They have their stuff together. The customer service, sadly is the same as same as the other locations for most of the employees. They did have a few more professional. this location takes a limited amount of walk-ins. They take the first twenty-something walk-ins. I advise you to get here an hour and a half early. The line gets big.
This location is located by JC Penny's. It's on the side of the building. It has both stairs and an elevator to take. Both are a little scary. Both make noise and one is rusty. It's on the second floor. A parking area is near the entrance. That is the area where you park your car if you are doing a driving test.
This is what I learned the hard way when I was there. people will cut in line. Once inside they want things printed on paper. (on the first floor. There is a printing shop) Showing an app or a picture will get you nowhere lol. If you don't have your papers with you. You lose your spot. They don't wait for anyone.
One of the people who assisted me was Darra. She was one of the professional ones. I was glad I got her. I appreciate the way she talked to me. My experience was fast and good.

Terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time going to this location. People who work there are extremely careless and disrespectful. First time they didn’t let me finish my exam, charged me for it, and said I had to reschedule. Second time (which I waited a month for) got there 3:15 when my appointment was at 3:30 , when they called all the people in line for the 3:30 appointment they told half the line we were late and there were no more spots left to take de exam. The only solution they gave us was to reschedule.
I was trying to explain this to an employee and he just turned around and started talking to somebody else. Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional and nasty to old People . They should have someone seeing what is going on. As soon as you walk in they have attitudes. Poor 95 year old man he was so confuse with her raise voice told him to sit down and he needed help. It was so upsetting. Then when we got to the window what an attitude my sister who is 85 only needed an ID card she was so rude and I am her care taker wouldn't let me help her who wears hearing aides. My sister was so nervous and felt faint. The only person who is nice and professional was the security guard outside. He was good with everyone and spoke with caring. They need to be reported and check on. One lady said she she be fired the way she spoke to people.

I don't even know where to start. If i could rate this place a zero i would. Staff are terrible service is awful. None of the services are available online and to book an appointment, you have to wait for a month. I lost my driver license, but was able to schedule an appointment in about a month. Since they take walk ins on Saturdays, I went in at 6 am to stay in line. Right at 11:00 am they closed the door and said they are not taking anymore customers. Almost everyone had to go home after spending several hours on the line. Do better people. It's very frustrating since every location I know is the same. How am I supposed to get my driver's license? I used to live in Washington State and never encountered this issue.
