Worked with Parker Jones this week for a credit line + loan. My best friend recommended me them as she's had a good experience with them.
Parker was super friendly and helpful. I did not get to open up either one of those accts but I do appreciate how quickly I was able to get in to look into that. I currently don't bank with them and I'm not sure I would now.
I think I'm just used to my current bank offering more options ( paying off an acct for a better chance of approval, looking at different options for credit cards and loans, when not approved for the amount requested they let me know what I do qualify for, etc) It's not necessarily a bad thing! I just didn't get other options & she let me know I wasn't approved. I believe their rates are lower than a lot of credit unions in the Treasure Valley and the staff all seemed friendly.

This review is for this branch more so than mountain America as a whole,I'm not sure if they just don't train people properly or what but they can not print a correct debit card for the life of them. My last 4 cards have been wrong and they also have attached them to the wrong accounts. I don't have time to keep going and getting them fixed so I have just had to remember which one goes to the correct one.

I will NEVER bank anywhere else! Everyone here is so professional and kind. I have worked with Alexis F on multiple loans now and she is a WIZARD at what she does! Always on top of her game and I can tell she really works for the customers best interest. 10/10 would recommend.

It had been years since I'd walked into MACU. I was leaving the country and was desperate to make an ATM deposit, and I realized I had no pen. Miraculously, the doors were still open; everyone smiled and asked if they could help. They even took the time to chat a little, rather than shutting the door behind me. I have never experienced this before.

Had a fraudulent CC charge and the 3rd st branch handled it in 15 minutes. Nice people who explained everything very well. My only gripe is that both of the branches close to me have closed. First Gowen Field then Glenwood. I spend a lot of time downtown now so it’s all good.

Best bank hands down! They work their butts of to make sure everything is always taking care of! Best credit card also. Best loan rates. They have always worked hard to give me great service. I love this bank & this one is my favorite branch.

Isaiah was AMAZING!! I went in with about 30 minutes until close, was helped immediately, and Isaiah went above and beyond to help me with more things than I went in for. He took care of 4 tasks so quickly and I was out of there within less than 10 minutes. He was kind, smart, and knew exactly what he was doing. I have always had a positive experience at this location with all the staff members and wanted to share the positive feedback!
