I went yesterday and gave some women's clothing, coffee cups, mugs, and food. The lady had a beautiful spirit who assisted me with giving me a donation slip. She was gracious and did ask me in the future contact someone named Andy when calling. She accepted donations and I didn't have to make another trip to any other shelter or group program. I just love to give. May God continue to Bless the programs they offer to whomever needs it.

I could vomit inside Help Now of Osceola because of their disgusting behavior.

They will *lie* to you on the phone, encourage you to spend the last of your funds, and waste your time and resources.

Come in person anytime...but when you come they'll tell you they can't help you *now*...with a smirk and a wave bye.

All the staff members will rally together and tell you, it's YOUR problem. Not theirs; when they signed up for a job to help you.

Come here if you want to be treated like trash, the same way as in the abusive relationship.

And be prepared for them to tell you you're not in danger...even when you survive a kidnapping and hostage situation. Others have it worse ?‍♀️

If you are in a time of need, but you don’t want to do anything but talk to people then this is the best place to talk to people but if you actually need results and you’re looking for assistance to help you with housing, this is the wrong place to call. They lack resources and only offer resources to people they speak to about their abuse. As a domestic violence survivor it is offensive to know I need to talk to people about my abuse in order to get connected to somebody that can help since they are not medical professionals, so it’s very intrusive for that to be in requirement. I was referred here and I am advising everyone to be cautious when you are contacting this company because they are not helpful and I went off of the reviews so I thought that they would help but they clearly cannot and they need funding because there are actually people that can use it.

It has to be fake reviews rating this place. I would suggest just not being a victim as you will find no help. Its sad that our system pushes people and children right back into their abuser's hands by force. Stay strong, survivors. Find your own way home.

Help Now helped me in my domestic violence situation. This organization really cares about survivors of DV. Help Now helped me with resources to relocate. Therapy to help me cope and also survival skills to stay safe. This is the first place anyone trying to escape DV should run too. I want to thank all the wonderful ladies like Shannon, Marianne, Deisha, Viviana. I'm sorry if I left anybody out. These people really care and I love Help Now for showing so much love in a time of need. Thank you Help Now for giving me strength and encouragement to get out. I love all the wonderful ladies I met in therapy.

I went there every week for over three years, crying over what he had done during the week, to not only me but my kids too. The only thing ever mentioned was going to one of their shelters. I had talked to the survivors at the shelter they had their rights taken away immediately by their abusive spouses. I finally had him removed by myself. They wouldn't even go to court for me.

I went here for help and counseling as a domestic violence victim. Spoke to someone there for them to fill out relocation documents . Person fill it out , but NEVER send the documents to the relocation department. Never help with food or bus vouchers . I went through extremely hard times. They wasted my time and money that I didn’t have. I was not working. I guess because I was not Spanish person. Not good ☹️
