I was assisted by Alex a couple of times, he provided exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, Alex was friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience pleasant. He was knowledgeable about the services offered and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly.

What impressed me the most was his efficiency and attention to detail. He handled my transactions quickly and accurately, ensuring that everything was processed smoothly. It's clear that Alex takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping customers. I highly recommend visiting the post office and seeking out Alex for any postal needs! He’s absolutely amazing !

Today I visited to send a parcel within the UK and one to my friend abroad. Diane G and the lads on the floor were absolutely amazing. Diane went above and beyond and told me it would be much cheaper and easier to repackage my parcel in one of the boxes they sell- she was right of course, almost £20 cheaper!

The staff are also very friendly and it makes dealing with all the faff and paperwork required much less daunting. Thank you, again!

Adele provided exceptional service! I came in slightly tipsy to apply for my driving license as an international student, completely unaware of processes like tracking or BRP returns. Adele guided me through every step with patience and care. Overall, it was a wonderful customer service experience.

I have always struggled to know how to fill out ID application forms- they don’t make it easy. But I had the most incredible customer service from Adele who talked me through everything. She made sure I’d filled out the form correctly, had the right things in my envelope, and that I knew how to follow the application the whole way. It took what can be a hugely stressful situation and made it so easy. I don’t live close by but I work near there and will choose this post office over my local one because I know I’m going to get the best service.

I was serviced by Chloe super helpful and most of all patient a quality hard to find these days.
I was sending a parcel abroad and was expensive so advised me of all the prices and services offered, and also how to send within my budget I went of to remove some of the items and I was then service again by Chloe so didn't have to explain everything again. She made what would of been a very stressful process bearable and explained everything clearly. I left pleased and will have a happy sister in Spain when received parcel for Christmas.

The staff was extremely helpful, going beyond their usual duties to help. I want to give special thanks to Suri and Jamal, who noticed I had a hard time packing stuff and were there to help. I was sending some items that were quite difficult to pack because of their weird shape and Jamal came up with a very creative way of packing (see picture) ! Such an amazing quality of service which honestly made my day, couldn’t thank the team enough
