If it were possible to give no stars i would. First I was told I could not have my service dog with me. Then I was told because I couldn't pick up a cake I ordered I could no longer order there. I have been ordering cakes from Harmons for 30 years. I couldn't pick it up because I had a death in the family and couldn't bring my service dog in. I tried to call to speak with a manager and got hung up on 3 times. Don't bother with Harmons. Especially this location.

The only thing in Salt Lake i like. I dont award 5 stars often, BUT - This place is awesome! I would go out of my way every time to go to a Harmons. I have been to a couple in SL, You can have your "Discount Food" i will shop here anyday, everyday and maybe just to go buy stuff! I didnt get a picture of all the fresh veggies and fruit selection, it was incredible!! Fresh awesome looking fruits and veggies with alot of sandwitch and other options! Sooo many options, and selection! They could have had all the same in organic, but thats really difficult i understand, still great organic selections!

Update: Taking a star off! This trip was NOT so great, I got everything I needed, but they had much less organic berry selections and no organic fresh cut fruits or organic selection at all? Not as many grab and go stuff and the bakery looked disorganized.

Great produce, great cheeses, very nice store with a lot of high end quality items. The people there are very friendly and helpful. If you can't find what you're looking for at another store, they will likely have it here.

I came here to pour a few yards of concrete for the renovation that they are doing out front it was about 104 outside and in that asphalt parking lot it was probably closer to 115. After washing down my concrete truck I ended up getting mild heat stroke, so I called my boss and went inside to cool off and be near people incase I passed out and needed emergency services. I talked to Kim the lady running the self check out and let her know what was going on. She was amazing she kept an eye on me and made sure I was getting better and even went out of her way and bought me an electrolyte drink and made sure I drank it. Then she got pulled to the back of the store and the lady who replaced her kept up checking on me until my boss arrived to take me home. I unfortunately did not get the other lady's name but both of these associates were amazing and I am so thankful for their help. Both of these associates deserve a raise!

Richard back in customer service is the best! This kind man blew me up 6 balloons last min at closing. I had been to 4 different places looking for balloons for my daughter’s 4th birthday but everyone was out of helium. I am so grateful he took the extra time to help make my daughter’s day special. Thank you Richard!

Harmons is an excellent grocery store anywhere in the state of Utah. They always have a great selection of fresh produce and meat as well as a wide variety of local goods.

I can't go into specifics because I don't want to encourage people who gain the system. But my West Valley City Harmons did a really nice thing for me and I wanted to say I appreciate them. They do value their customers. Thank you!
My family enjoys your Bobs burgers more than any other as well. Just a shout out for those great burgers too.

Hadn't stepped foot in this store since at least 2004... Like the remodel store looks a lot more high end. Have thought prices have always been pretty sky, this visit I felt stared at like I was a homeless vagrant (I'm not) self check out lady refused to help me with my rewards number and when I discovered that self check out does not take any cash ever, I needed to cancel my transaction to go to another check out lane and I asked her for help no joke 4 times before she moved from her spot. Then the cashier I went to looked at me like she had never had anyone ask to pay with two forms of different payment, then used all of my cash and put the rest on card when I wanted change back. It was all a weird ordeal that made me feel awkward. I don't think I'll be going back ever.
