Zero issues! There were two people by the front door helping us as soon as we walked in. He helped me on how to check-in. Made sure I had everything I needed to renew my drivers license.

My appointment was at 3:30, and was seen by 3:35.

I love being able to set an appointment. I never enjoyed having to waste 1-2 hours.

The workers make lots of mistakes and end up costing you more.

A few months ago my husband paid for a real ID. But the worker selected the wrong box and he only got a standard one. To fix their mistake we had to go back in and pay all over again.
Today I went in to renew my driver's license as a real ID. The worker voided my current DR. Then made me think I needed more information I didn't have to get the real ID. I begrudgingly paid for a standard ID because I needed a valid license to drive home. But I looked online right away and found out she didn't need more information. So again I will have to go back and pay for another renewal.

These workers need more training or more incentive to do their job properly.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a DMV or MVD. Appointment was on time. Easy check in process. Benjamin Kittleson was very helpful and took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. Would definitely recommend this location and seeing Benjamin if you have the option.

I have a foreign driver’s license and had to apply for a NM one, which includes taking the written test. The whole process, from the online pre-approval to scheduling my appointment (for the following day!) to accessing the MVD app to practice the test questions was a breeze. When I arrived at the office this morning for my appointment, everyone was friendly and I was helped immediately. Brenda assisted me and I don’t think I’ve ever met someone more helpful than her! I was in and out with my temporary license within about 20 minutes. Thank you to this office (and in particular Brenda!) for making what I thought would be a very stressful ordeal into a very pleasant and easy one.

My wife had a 1:15pm appointment today for a Real ID. We checked in at 1:13pm and she was called immediately by the young lady at office 8. She was excellent!!! After getting my wife's picture, paying, etc. We were done by 1:25pm. Great Customer Service!!!

I have never had such a streamlined and friendly experience at any MVD location in the 49 yrs I've had a license; in 3 different states. I made an appt in the morning due to having lost my license. I had my picture taken and issued a temporary license and was out the door in 10 minutes! Brianna was friendly and helpful, and if she reads this I'd like her to know how smooth the appt went when I was coming in stressed.

I don't understand why they make you set an appointment at 11:45am. Just to tell you they are closed for lunch from 12- 1 pm. Why is there even the appointment slots available. Worked are always ride when you ask a simple question.

Less than helpful and quite inconvenient. We were told we needed an emissions test performed on our motorcycle before we could register it, but the attendant at the emissions station said we were "exempt due to the bike weighing under 1,000 pounds." We don't have a choice but to go back a third time to finally get our bike registration. I get that the employees are tired, stressed, and deal with a lot of different types of people with different types of situations and circumstances, but their customer service could be a little better.
