Guadalupe Credit Union has been great! Everyone there is so friendly and kind. It’s great to go into your bank and feel like they actually care about you as people. My partner and I needed to get a used car and my credit isn’t the best in the world and we moved here not too long ago so we were worried about getting approved. Joshua over at Guadalupe is absolutely great, super kind and friendly and explained the whole process really well. He helped us get approved and we are getting a vehicle we really like! I am super happy! Best banking experience I’ve ever had.

Been banking with guadalupe since 2017, finally decided to go in for a credit card to begin working on my credit, Joshua helped me from start to finish and I was able to walk out of the bank with a new credit card. The process was quick and painless, Josh did a fantastic job of walking me through what a credit card is and not at any point did he make me feel stupid for being the age I am and not having a credit card. Guadalupe is the only bank I use and I don't regret it

I’m not a customer (shared service ), I was in the process of attempting to withdraw my own money. However, in the midst of numerous technical difficulties, and over three hours on the phone with what is going to be , my use to be credit union (Sandia lab) . Guadalupe credit union Teller Daisy Vigil displayed an exemplary demeanor of patients and professionalism along with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my problem was resolved. Again after almost 4 hours Daisies was able to complete my desperately needed transaction as we had a family Cruise planned for the upcoming holiday. Thank you Guadalupe credit union manager Ierma (my apologies if I miss-spelled your name) for the assistance and again the awesome degree of professionalism from Mrs. Daisy vigil.
