This property has been improved a lot. Safe and Neat to live in.
Some tenants didn't care care of the place where they lived.(Landlord couldn't check some tenant's unclean behavior)
Luckily, many of them are evicted by the owners. The HOA hired a maintenance guy and the police drove around the condo many months.
Now it seems very quiet and peaceful place to live. I didn't take many photos to show it now, but I recommend to live this convenient location.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars. While the people who live there are hardworking and friendly, they do not care for the property. It's trash all over ALL the time (where is the HOA?!). I privately rented from an owner and no fault of their own, there was a rat infestation and I had to leave immediately. The 1 star is because I never felt unsafe there despite the area. They have security patrol there all the time but they need to allocate that money to keeping the grounds better and the property cleaner.

I stay in Unit 1106. This has been a quite uncomfortable experience. The landlord refuses to be held accountable for the previous tenants filth and damages to the apartment. When i first moved in due to Hurricane Harvey in 2017, I was anxious to move and get out of the hotel FEMA was providing. My son and I found this apartment and were excited. Due to the urgency of my situation, I asked to move in a hurry and the landlord obliged as long as i took the unit as is. I was told verbally that the landlord wanted to still help fix anything wrong with the unit. The air filters and refrigerator filters were filthy at the time and had not been replaced. I eventually replaced. The apartment was filled with dog hair and also the patio was in horrible condition and still is as of today. I swept several times and you can still see the dog hair matted within the carpet outside on the patio. I asked for the walls to be painted and the patio carpet replaced once i renewed my lease and this was never done. Te landlord is very rude and self centered, please do not believe that this landlord has your best interest. This is more of a sign or lease and you are on your own type of situation. At the beginning of my lease i had friends over whose cars were towed and the landlord misinformed me about the changes that were taking place at the residence because they had not cared to find out because the unit was vacant. Costs are 120 plus once they take the vehicle. After this happened the landlord sent the new rules from HOA. It is now time for my lease to end and she came to my apartment unannounced to check the refrigerator. Then came again without me being here and did not give me 24 hours to respond to a viewing which I'm not sure they actually had. I have a toddler and felt uncomfortable not having a good relationship with the landlord because I was the last priority. Cheap and inconsiderate landlord (slumlord). All of my things including my mail and bed linen were moved around without my permission on a weekend. The same weekend my refrigerator broke. I was not at home because their was no edible food to eat and because i did not respond the landlord decided to enter the home anyway. Please read your lease and make sure you are very aware of the law.

There is discrimination and harassment going on at this property. My vehicle has been towed 2x since moving in with valid tags in April 2020 and I feel like I'm being scammed. I can't even park in my covered private spot I'm paying for because there are things like trash or furniture. Is this how ya'll treat people during a world epidemic with COVID-19. Some people would like to keep the jobs that they have because everyone isn't as fortunate, especially with the economy falling.

These are not apartments. They are individually owned units. So no, there is no maintenance it must be provided by the person you rented from. Please learn the difference between an apartment and I owned property that you’re leasing from an individual.
