My wife and I joined SAL last year and immediately we received expert and professional help from the team relevant to a good but tricky tenant who were in breach of HMO terms. I cannot recommend the Scottish Association of Landlords enough.
I contacted Caroline several times for help, advise and Information. She was so helpful and explained everything to me really well . She also went away to find out particular information that I needed to apply to the court for an extract of convictions for a tenant.
It's a great service and doesn't cost much for an annual membership.

I cannot thank Scottish Association of Landlords, and Jill in particular, enough for their recent support and assistance.

I approached them due to an unexpected, complex matter and the service was first class from the very first phone call. My query was assigned to Jill and we had numerous conversations over the following weeks.

Not only was Jill’s knowledge and guidance absolutely priceless, her friendly, supportive manner helped massively to ease the stress the situation was causing.

Had the experience of dealing with SAL post COVID. They kept me up-to-date with the protocol required.
Staff were courteous, prompt and efficient with dealing with my case and the follow through was thorough and professional unlike some law firms which put you on hold or did not even get back to you.
