I couldn’t be more embarrassed to live in this association. Office staff who consists of one main person is a complete joke. No follow through, no dedication to the homeowners, lie after lie! Fees rise every year only to have deplorable staff and management. Be careful planning to enjoy a day at your pool with your family and children, there will most likely be a man dressed in a g string walking around the pool. Pool staff who smoke/eat all day and have to be told by pool goers about something that is wrong in the pool area. A staff member placed my pool pass in their mouth before handing it to a family member. How disgusting can you be?

Worst association ever. I been leave 15 years but last 3 years association going in hell. Hungry for money looking your fault and send letter for penalty. Office people they work therebut they don't know how to talk home owner. All are meanersle person like work in jungle. I suggest never go to buy home this association. Before was nice but now no word for them to say down like that.

Unavailable management board, inadequate maintenance staff, doesn't hold up their end of the bylaws and charges ridiculously high fines. Assessment continually increases each year with no change in service to the residents.

Winston Village is a nice place to live . People that live here are very nice. There is a pool behind the office and a room inside you could use for party's.

Literally the two times I have complained about something, a letter found its way into my mailbox advising me of some random bylaw I was in violation of. I find their application of bylaw violations to be extremely biased and possibly retaliatory in nature. This along with the fact that association fees have risen over $70 in the 10 years I have lived here with no service or amenity upgrades, causes me to not recommend Winston village.

HOA is horrible. Management is never in the office. They don't respond to phone or email. This isn't based off one incident. This is several situations and separate employees.
