Well maintained clubhouse with nice activity areas. My main complaint is nobody gave ANY serious consideration to setup one or more slow cookers for hot food! Additional seating for parties is needed.

The Churchill Clubhouse itself is very nice, but the association is quite disorganized. We have received notices of complaints that there is dirt on our garage, and are mystified when we go out and there is nothing to clean. Then, months later receive notice that we were sent a complaint in error. Similarly, we received a bill for $600 for a late payment on our monthly dues. I promptly paid it, but was shocked at the interest charged per month when we had not been previously notified of a missed payment. Again, two months later we received a notice that we had received that charge in error, and that the $600 would be applied to future payments. Thankfully, we have the money on hand to cover such things and so it is not a large inconvenience, but with the amount of money being paid to this organization one would hope they could at least send communications to the correct residents.
