We arrived at the place a little late, the receptionist gave us hope that she was going to serve us, but at the last minute she said that she was not going to serve us and that we should leave. It seems that she doesn't know anything about customer service.

I got here to get my CDL A license fix and I went with Laurie L. She’s the best, she helped fixing my license and explained me every step of the process. Thanks to the Annapolis MVA for having an angel in the office.

My daughter had a traumatic experience with her driving test examiner today. The examiner was in training, and therefore had others in the car. She was inappropriately mean to my daughter and yelled at her numerous times during her test. How is that helpful when she is a new driver She passed the test, but left in tears. What should have been a positive experience as she's been practicing so much, was a horrible experience. There is no need to be mean to do your job. I would go to another location for the driver's test.

Recently went for driver's license and title work, and had an appointment. Very good service and have went to this location a few times for title work with good, polite service (compared to the reviews of other, closer MVAs).

The only thing that needs to be improved is to make some signs for people so they are aware or to install a PA system for the desk clerks. The desk clerk kept yelling to have all of your items ready, in hand. If you were not ready, you were sent back to the end of the line. I could not hear her due to the noise level, it was being repeated in the line.

With the appointment, I still ended up being seen 45 minutes after my appointment time, but I'm sure I would have waited longer had I not had an appointment.

I’ve been using this branch for over 20 years. Today was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. Customer service was a zero. The State Trooper was awesome though and while he couldn’t really help with the problem, he showed empathy and care for us. The branch manager did not want to help us. Her attitude was that it was not her problem. We had to pry information out of her and instead of informing us of a 45-day extension, she told me my wife who’s been driving for over 20 years would have to retake the written exam and the driving exam! Most disappointing. This dysfunctional management and facility needs some serious improvement.

Yes, the MD MVA has some issues with the personnel on the front. I had two issues: 1) someone at the Gaithersburg MVA entered an incorrect future date for returned plates; 2) somehow my new vehicle title was not being issued for three months for no apparent reason. So I contacted the MD MVA investigation office to request for investigation into those issues. He was very prompt and efficient. He was able to assist me to correct the inaccurate date and also able to find why the title was not being issued for three months. Even though those issues were borne from the error caused by someone employed by the MD MVA, I was so relieved to find that there is someone whom we (any MD resident) can reach out for any issues related with the MD MVA that are difficult to resolve once created internally, especially during this difficult time of pandemic COVID virus. I would like to offer my highest salute to the Manager of the MD MVA Investigation Office for his outstanding and prompt response. Job well done Sir,

I was out in less than 30 minutes transferring an Out-of-State license on a Saturday! Usually weekends are pretty busy at other DMV's, but this MVA was super fast. The MVA employee that assisted me was very nice and friendly. They only do Licensing on Saturday's, but that 's all I needed

I have had many vehicles, both business and personal, over a 28 year period with this office and I am almost always very happy with the service. Most recently registered another vehicle from another state. They do a good job under the constraints they have. It would help if customers would come prepared for what they need to do.
