I worked with Nick to plan a week long trip in Panama earlier this month. He was very helpful in designing the trip, had lots of helpful travel tips, and was always extremely responsive and only an email away if I needed help. One of our tours didn't go as smoothly as it should've and he was able to get a partial refund for me from the company. Nick is awesome! He made our trip amazing. He went above and beyond! For example my father's girlfriend lost her phone the night before our trip. It had all her documents on it, so Nick uploaded them onto an app we all could access so we could give her the documents. He even went further and dropped off a hard copy of the documents to their house!) Nick also was so sweet and sent us all gifts in the mail for our trip- who does that!!! On top of that he helped book our tours so our group of 17 could be together during a pandemic!!! He was thorough (sending videos how to pack, what to take, and so much more), responsive (got back to us usually within the hour or sooner- took my dad documents), professional (generates and app for us with all our important information and documentation needed), and alway in an uplifting mood!!! He gave us tips to make our trip better and checked in on us before we left and when we were coming back! This is definitely the person to use for all your travel needs!!! I highly recommend Nicks Easy Travel and I'll be using him again for our next trip!!!
