Carina in office is pleasant and helpful. For ASOA residents, the playground with picnic tables is available year-round and the meeting room is a great place to rent for family activities. Neighborhood activities like game night and holiday parties are scheduled periodically and the pool is available for residents during the summer. Fishing piers, a second park with a boat ramp and picnic tables, and a basketball court are available for residents and their guests.

Corina is the only saving grace in this entire dynamic. There are some good men on the HOA, especially the one with suspenders and Jim. However, the president is not a morally good person and I pity the fool working at the pool this year. Also communication is non-existent and food is UNEDIBLE. Please as someone who made the snow cones DO NOT EAT THERE. There is no working sink!!! So many health code violations!!!

Poor communication skills and guidance. I was told by the ACC to perform several tests on the mobile home that I was going to move in. The master plumber charge me over 1000 dollars on those test. The test results came out great, the mobile home is in mint condition and ACC denied it. No apparent reasons, if they were not going to approve it, why ask for the tests in the first place. Beware of Jim Gause from the ASOA and Carina Harris, make sure you ask them for clear instructions because they don’t communicate well between each other and with the lot owners. Very disappointed with this situation.

Really nice people in the HOA office...went in to inquire about property and the manager and a couple of property owners dropped everything to assist me....very nice vibe ?
