This association has entirely too many "employees", of which many are exploited as a part of "programs" to pay for their "rehabilitation services" where in turn they are forced to do disgusting jobs for no pay for a minimum of half a year. Also, this association receives far more tax dollars for their useless services than is worth their presence. They monopolize our tax dollars with little to show for it. They drive around midtown all day, accomplishing very little except to be seen doing nothing. How often do you spot them? Unfortunately, to top it off they are in charge of the Farmer's Market and the market manager Amanda is far from kind or friendly towards her vendors treating them as subservient, putting them down, as I witnessed multiple times and been told so by multiple vendors. Many grievances have been expressed over her rude & belittling attitude to no avail. This organization needs to be Defunded & a true for the people one needs to replace it ASAP. Waste of tax dollars. Our hard working farmers & vendors deserve better treatment at the Farmers Markets. & Those in need of recovery deserve better than the explotation which happens throughout this organization. Zero stars.
