They're supposed to start doing the help with fuel September 1st no one answers the phone no one returns your calls and now every time you call the box is always busy and nobody can get and you can't even leave a message so no I don't have anything good to say especially about alliance on Park avenue because to me all you're doing is taking care of your family or taking care of your friends you ain't doing nothing for anybody else out here in the public

Please enroll your receptionist and security personnel in some compassionate and professional training classes. My electric company enrolled me in a forgiveness program and told me to go here. Why is it when I came around lunch time (my bad) the receptionist was rude and told me to come back tomorrow because after lunch they only take calls which is a damn lie, she was very rude and cold. I go in the next day before lunch and this time it was the big security man asked me if I had an appointment, I said no and he told me to drop off the paper in the box instead. Why didn’t the receptionist tell me I needed an appointment? Which again I believe is a lie because I came here last year and all I had to do was walk in. The people you’ve hired are miserable. Please see to it that they get trained properly considering they are working in a field that requires understanding and gentleness, not to mention professionalism! The receptionist seemed like she could t be bothered to do her job as if my showing up was an inconvenience to her. Don’t you think I would have made an appointment had she told me or had I known before hand? Get your employees together or I will have to bring the kind of people who work there to the public. How have no problem with the way things might be rubbed but don’t brush me off and treat me like I’m some stupid poor individual. Thank you, stay blessed. Come with love.

I had a good experience with alliance. As, they helped me pay my back due rent when i was on medical leave. The time is lengthy as far as when you receive the check, but they take care of business. đŸ‘đŸŸ much appreciated đŸ«¶đŸŸ

Resources are great for the community however it seems some departments don't follow through to ensure documents are scanned in to the system. Had to go a few times to find out the status to be told there's nothing in the system and not qualified when actually I was. Staff needs to listen to the people better and stop assuming the status of the individual. Still waiting for a response status letter after 3 weeks and was confirmed no later than 2 weeks I should have a response...

UPDATE: It’s been two weeks since I wrote this review and I have yet to receive assistance from anyone. Someone finally managed to answer the phone after a week and a half, was met by an extremely hostile receptionist. She reluctantly helped, even claimed that someone by the name of Erica or Amanda was supposed to give me a call. This person is supposedly the coordinator of the program. I never heard back from anyone to this day. People, if you’re looking for help here, unless you know those who work within the organization, you’re out of luck. Also, if you make an appointment, be prepared to wait a month and a half for that telephone call, and you better pray that they even call you at all because if not, you will have to wait another month and a half for another appointment and have someone send you the application through email. The email system is all automated, you can’t directly speak to anyone through email either. I applied on October 19th. Didn’t even receive a letter from these people that they supposedly sent. I’m going to keep trying, but I will also be reporting this to the city. Something needs to be done about the disorder going on and the lack of answers.

Original post:
Extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone that can help! I had an appointment that was missed because they never called. You’d be hard pressed if anyone ever answers the phone, supposedly the telephone prompt says they take walk ins, then why was I told to call by the security officers, telling me they don’t take walk ins, twice? Infuriating as well as an inconvenience. Bridgeport, fix this.
