Went to renew my CPR/First Aid certification for my job. Class was fairly quick — about 2.5-3 hours online, then ~1.5 hours in-person. Our instructor, Steve, was great — very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience!

This is my go to Red Cross when I renew my CPR/First Aide/AED Credentials. The staff is excellent, professional, patient, and will stay an extra few minutes to work with you if you need a little more practice. They just need to turn the heat up, just a little bit in the winter months. I just dress in layers, because I'm STILL going back!

Took a class and the instructor was great. It was a small class so we were able to get alot of 1 on 1 coaching. His teaching methods were spot on.

I reccomend going to this place . You don't have to wait as much . The staff are friendly and attentive . I had athletes foot and they gave me my medicine . It healed me fairly quick . The doctors , everyone treats you nice . The staff calls you the next day to see if you need anything . They are extra helpful .

I really enjoyed taking my CPR training at the Bridgeport facility. Instructor Yeager was absolutely amazing at making the classwork extremely fun, and interesting.

I highly recommend not coming here.
The instructor showed up 45 minutes late to an hour long class which is bad enough and to add to it they have not shared the certificates yet and no one in the red cross cares to help.
