Absolutely the worst association company I’ve ever seen, cares about nothing. Been over 6 weeks since a report of security lights being out and they still have not been changed. someone could be standing at my back door and I would not see them. DANGEROUS . God forbid somebody got killed here with the lights out would cost all owners tens of thousands at best. Got reply today saying repair people only work one day a week that’s why It’s taking over six weeks to change a security light. Unacceptable.

They sent me to collections!

I was away with the military. I had set up an auto draft with an employee back in January that was never processed. I didn't hear anything back and assumed the auto draft started, but I was away, so I didn't know that it hadn't. After a short time, I received a letter and tried to pay it to catch up, I was connected with Jenna about the issue. After I contacted her, she sent me to collections.

I wasn't aware that she sent me to collections until I had already made the payment to get my account current.
By the time I got the letter, it was too late. The law firm she sent me to is THE WORST to resolve the debt.
The law firm was rude. They had horrible hours, and from what it seems, she must be getting a kick back or some sort of benefit by using them. Only because I had been emailing her trying to resolve the issue regularly.

I am incredibly let down by her actions. She didn't use any common courtesy to help fix the problem, I had proof I was making the effort to pay and resolve the issue.

Update: The issue had since been resolved. Being sent to collections for their own associate not processing the aduto draft sounds like their fault. Then, having to deal with legal for something that should have already been taken care of with additional expenses was annoying and could be seen as a financial burden, to say the least.

It's all corporate garbage. None of the benefits that you think you'll get from this company actually work out. Sure everyone wants a great place to live but these people just invade your space without actually managing the rest. Screw em. Moving away from these fools is the best decision I've made in a long time.

Staff was pleasant and helpful at the office. Property manager is rude when you are actually able to get ahold of him. In my case, catching the property manager actively driving from work before 4pm. What are the business hours I wonder? A tire partially hanging over the edge while fully parked in my driveway is the equivalent of a vehicle parking in the grass? Clearly a violation and not an abuse of authority (wink, wink). Perhaps, he needs to recoup the money spent mailing out multiple erroneous letters such as those addressed to the wrong house, wrong dates, wrong notice type (e.g., first, second, and final in one letter), etc. Standards only apply to the people paying into the HOA not those paid by the HOA.

Correct, Frank, there is a difference between being rude and and not liking answers. There is also a difference between parking on the driveway and on the grass.

I would rate this company at negative 5 stars if I could. They’ve done nothing for us. They don’t communicate. They don’t return calls. They rubber stamp bills. Their website logins don’t work consistently. I could go on and on. They’ve never been to our property.
Once the HOA is turned over, I will be reporting this company the the Better Business Bureau. Nobody should be subjected to the completely poor business acumen of this terrible company.

Staff would not listen to the issue I was having. They were rude and disrespectful. Took almost 3 weeks to get problem resolved. They said the issue was my responsibility but finally discovered it was theirs. Never been treated like this in my life. Hope I never have to call them ever again.
